KomBank mBanking is a service of Komercijalna banka that enables you to perform all the financial transactions via your mobile device at any time and place in a fast, easy and safe way.The service is available 24 hours, seven days a week and all you need to have is mobile device and internet connection.KomBank mBanking offers you the following options:• Check the balance and turnover on accounts and payment cards• Perform payment and money transfer • Purchase/sell foreign currencies • ATM and branch locator• The ability to create payment templates• Summary overview of fixed term savings• To get the overview of uncollected cheques• Loans overview and the supporting details• Top up the prepaid balance on mobile phone with all 3 mobile operators• To contact the Bank via e-mail, social networks or telephone• KOMeKEŠ–transfer from mBank application and withdrawal of forwarded money 24/7 every day of the year at all Komercijalna banka`s ATMs• Payment cards administration: PIN change, change of channel, card blocking• Profile settings on mBank-making adjustments on the application, mBank application PIN change• Authentication and Payment verification via fingerprint for devices that allow such feature• Status or reactivation of eBankNote: After the initial download you will need an activation code which you can get in the nearest branch of the Bank or, if you are already using Web E-bank service, you can initiate sending the activation code yourself within the current Setup on your web user account.
After the initial activation of the service, you define your PIN code which is to be used for each next log in.

"Bilo bi dobro kada bi u aplikaciji za skeniranje QR koda dodali mogucnost za odabir skeniranja koda koji se nalazi u galeriji slika, pdf fajlu ili nekom drugom formatu. Primer, kada imam racun za telefon koji mi stize na email adresu, pa da postoji mogucnost skeniranja QR KODA koji je na tom e-racunu."

"The app is alright... when it actually works. And absolutely unusable when it doesn't, which is too often. A lot of times when I try to get into my account I either get an endless loading circle which never finishes loading, a message that says "Service currently unavailable, try again later" or literally nothing happens when I enter my pin and hit enter. It's absolutely unacceptable that a bank your size cannot make a functional app and instead locks its users out of their own bank accounts."

"Generalno aplikacija je dobra ali u meniju kada se vrsi placanje i unosite podatke, ako bilo kojim slucajem zelite da prekontrolisete tekst i pomerite za milimetar levo/desno prebacije na drugi meni i brise apsolutno sve iako ste unosili brojeve i podatke pola sata. Nekako preosetljivo, morate pomerati ekran iskljucivo vertikalno. Jos jedna stvar, u meniju placanja ne postoji UPLATIOC. Tako da cesto imam problem oko toga jer moram u delu Svrha uplate da unesem podatke uplatioca. Inace bih dao 5*"

"Terible user experience, as people already mentioned its imposible to send the messa ge and respond to questions for more info. Usability is 0 because the option to scan IPS code and pay the bills is not even showing in the payment menu. Would give it 0 score but google does not measure that low"

"Kad god popunjavam uplatnicu, ako malo samo pomerim prst nalevo, prebaci mi se na drugu stranu i izgubim to sto sto sam popunjavao. Molim vas, ukinite mogucnost svajpovanja na ovoj aplikaciji! Ili barem uvedite to da aplikacija zapamti to sto sam do tada popunio!"
